Who We Are

Hey everyone, we’re Andrew and Destiny Manzanares!

For years, we lived for the world—caught up in sin, chasing temporary pleasures, and drifting further away from Christ. Instead of fighting our sins, we fought each other, and it nearly cost us everything.
 

But even in the darkest moment—when we were ready to give up completely—Jesus met us with His light. We decided enough was enough and turned to Him. It started small: a prayer each day, a verse, then chapters of the Bible. Over time, God transformed our hearts. In October 2023 we publicly surrendered our lives to Him through baptism, proclaiming Jesus as Lord and Savior. One month later, after nearly 7 years of struggling to keep our relationship alive, we entered into marriage—this time with Christ at the center.

 

Our lives have been completely changed. We went from living for Saturday nights in the club to living for Sunday mornings praising our Risen King.

 

So why Praise The King? Because in a world where darkness is celebrated and sin is glorified, we want to shine the light of Christ. Our mission is simple: to point people back to Jesus, the only one who saves. Our apparel is more than clothing—it’s a conversation starter, a way to share the Gospel, and a reminder of the hope we have in Him.

 

We believe every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord—and our prayer is that more people will make that confession now, choosing life, freedom, and joy in Him.
